We are independent of every dealership and take no commission from sellers. Each candidate car reaches you with a VIN check, a written inspection note and a service-book summary before any money moves. Three engagements cover the whole route from brief to registration in Kyiv.
Section 02 · Services
Every fee is written into the agreement before work begins. We hold no dealer affiliation and take no commission from sellers, so the vehicle we recommend is the vehicle that fits your brief.
A written brief covering make, model, trim, budget and timeline. You receive a dossier of up to twelve candidates with VIN status, mileage and current location.
An independent inspector visits the car, records mileage and service history, and writes the inspection note. You get photographs, the report and the raw notes.
Funds sit in escrow until you accept the inspection. We book handover and registration at a Ukrainian service centre, then register the car in your name.

04 / Pricing philosophy
One flat concierge fee, agreed in writing before we open a dossier. No commission from dealers, no markup buried in the vehicle price.
A concierge who earns a commission on the sale has a reason to want you to buy a particular car. We removed that reason. Our fee is fixed per engagement, quoted in United States dollars and confirmed in your written brief before any inspection, negotiation or registration work begins.
The rate does not move with the sticker price. A modest estate and a low-mileage coupé take the same diligence, and both are billed the same way. Third-party costs such as inspection partners, transport and registration are passed through at cost, itemised line by line with the original documents attached to your dossier.
If we cannot source a car that meets your brief, we tell you and the sourcing fee is not charged. That is the whole of the arrangement, and it is written into every brief before work starts.
