Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains fees, cancellation and refunds for concierge services by healthylifestylegide.com LLC (EDRPOU 71775253), Business Center 'Horizon', 45 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. It forms part of our terms of use and is read with our privacy policy and contact page.

1. Fees and pre-contract information

Before you commit we disclose the service, total price, payment terms and cancellation rules in a durable form. Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 you receive clear pre-contract information, our contact details and how to resolve disputes out of court.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel by emailing contact@healthylifestylegide.com or calling +380 979 217 9608. If you cancel before concierge work starts, we refund any prepaid fee minus bank charges. After work starts we charge only for the part already delivered, unless the service was fully performed.

3. Refund eligibility and timelines

Refunds apply if we fail to provide the service, cancel it ourselves, or you cancel within 14 days of purchase before performance begins. Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

4. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

Send complaints to contact@healthylifestylegide.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

5. Legal basis

We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. As an online service provider we display our legal name, EDRPOU, location and contacts per Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.
