We provide concierge assistance in selecting, ordering and coordinating automotive services and related information. The service is informational and organisational; we are not a dealer, insurer or repair provider and do not guarantee third-party results.

3. Fees and payment

Fees, currency and payment terms are shown before ordering. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 you receive clear pre-contract information on the service, price, contact details and out-of-court dispute resolution.

4. User obligations

Provide accurate data, use the service lawfully, do not disrupt the website or misuse protected content. Advertising complies with the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR dated 03.07.1996.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses or third-party acts. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

7. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.
