Every car carries a dossier reference ID, a VIN status, an odometer reading and dated inspection photos. Inspector notes sit under each record and stay attached to the file.
Yes. Inspections run in Kyiv, Odesa and Lviv, and through named partner workshops elsewhere in Ukraine. Travel beyond those cities is quoted separately.
